Tour Tempo Sucess

I have been working very diligently on my swing over the past 4 years. My results have been very good. I now have a proper inside out swing plane, make solid ball contact and generally a consistent and predictable swing. The last remaining area that Has been elusive is distance. I am very physically fit and flexible, but generally the consensus is I lack swing speed. I have been working on this last season and since Feb this off season. I read the article last week in Golf mag, downloaded the app and started swinging with the Tour Tempo. The very next day I played and swung with the tempo reverberating in my head. The results were positive. I have practiced using the iPad playing the tempo and played one more time. Yesterday while again practicing with the Tour Tempo I measured my swing speed and saw an increase of 5.5 percent. I reached a speed of 102 mph, first time ever over 100 mph and this only after one week. This works.
